Refund policy

RETURN/REFUNDS

1.1 AUSTRALIA:

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, in its original packaging. You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, please email us at help@kitple.com. We’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. If and once your return is accepted, we will process the refund to your original payment method within 1-2 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return/refund will not be refunded. 

**We charge an $8 shipping fee for all returns.

 

1.2 USA, CANADA, UK AND NZ: 

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. SHIPPING FEE WILL BE APPLIED and it will be deducted from the total refund amount. SHIPPING FEE:

  • USA: USD $10
  • CANADA: CAD $15
  • UK: GBP £10
  • NZ: NZD $15

2. EXCHANGES

2.1 AUSTRALIA:

We offer free of charge exchanges. We have a 14-day exchange policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a exchange. You can email us at help@kitple.com to initiate the exchange. Once we receive the item(s) you sent us, we will send you replacement item(s). Please note, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. 

Each customer is entitled to one (1) exchange and you will not receive any further refund/exchange following the approval, no matter the delivery date.

However, we pride ourselves on high customer satisfaction, so please reach out to us at help@kitple.com to discuss your situation.

 

2.2 USA, CANADA, UK AND NZ: 

We currently do not offer international exchanges. Please contact help@kitple.com for assistance.

 

3. DAMAGE & OTHER ISSUES

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so we may evaluate the issue and make it right. If the item is proven to be defective, we will send you new product or provide full refund.

4. SUBSEQUENT EXCHANGE/REFUNDS

Kitple is not required to fulfil any subsequent Exchange/Refund requests following the first fulfillment of an approved Exchange/Refund request.

Kitple is also not required to fulfil any subsequent Exchange/Refund if the subsequent request was made outside of the 14-day period from the original order arrival date.

However, please contact us at help@kitple.com as considerations can be made on a case-by-case basis.

 

5. COMPANY 'GOODWILL' EXCHANGES/REFUNDS

In rare circumstances, Kitple, at its sole discretion, can issue 'Goodwill' Exchanges or Refunds. 'Goodwill' Exchanges/Refunds are not covered under this Exchange/Refund Policy. No subsequent Refunds or Exchanges are required to be provided under this Policy. Items recieved with 'Goodwill' are not covered under the Exchange/Returns policy.

The assumption of 'Goodwill' Exchanges/Refunds will automatically apply to all Exchanges/Refund communication and items provided to you if your original package's 14-day Exchange/Refund period has elapsed. Kitple may or may not stipulate this as such in communication with you.

For clarity: If John order arrives on Day 1, but requests an exchange on Day 15, Kitple is not required to provide John with an Exchange. However, Kitple agrees to Exchange his product.
If John then requests a subsequent Exchange/Refund on Day 23, Kitple may deny this request as the items received are not covered by the Exchange/Refund policy. 

By accepting any Goodwill Exchanges/Refunds through any medium of communication with Kitple, you agree to these conditions.

6. FURTHER ELIGIBILITY

Countries not mentioned above are not eligible to purchase Kitple Bruno Pants. Any countries not eligible to purchase Kitple Bruno Pants will not receive coverage under our Exchange/Return Policy.

Don't fret - if you are from a country not mentioned, we will issue you a full refund and you will not receive a shipment.
